Are your products genuine US imports?
Yes — everything is sourced directly from the US and shipped to you in Australia. You get the authentic American product, exactly as sold in the States — never a local substitute.
Do you handle customs and importing?
Yes. We handle the sourcing, consolidating and importing, so there is no customs paperwork or surprise fees at your end — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Can you source a specific US product for me?
Often, yes — finding hard-to-get US products is what we do. Can’t see something on the site? Send us a message and we’ll let you know if we can bring it in for you.
Do I need to be 18+ to buy alcohol?
Yes. You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol in Australia, and ID may be requested on delivery. We don’t supply alcohol to anyone under 18.
How long does delivery take?
We ship from the US to Australia with tracking on every order. Transit times vary by product — you’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s dispatched.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes — we deliver right across Australia. Shipping is a flat $9.99, and free on orders over $150.
