We’re two people who live between two countries. Our lives are split across the United States and Australia, and for years that meant our luggage was rarely just our own. Every trip back came with a list — a particular snack someone couldn’t find anymore, a skincare product a friend had run out of, a brand a family member swore by but simply couldn’t buy locally.
What began as a few small favours quickly became a recurring routine. The requests kept coming, and the reason was always the same: the things people wanted were sitting on shelves in one country and completely out of reach in the other. The demand wasn’t a one-off. It was constant, and it was real. So we decided to do something about it.
