These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website at us2au.com.au and any purchase you make from US2AU Pty Ltd (“US2AU”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility and age restriction (18+)
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18. By ordering alcohol from us you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the person receiving the delivery is also at least 18. We and our delivery partners may require valid photo identification on delivery, and may refuse to hand over an order where age cannot be verified, where the recipient appears intoxicated, or where we reasonably suspect the alcohol is intended for a person under 18. We may cancel and refund any order that cannot be lawfully fulfilled.
2. Products and availability
We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, but images and descriptions are indicative only. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit the quantity of any product sold in a single order. We reserve the right to withdraw or change products at any time.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Prices may change at any time. If we discover a pricing or product error after you place an order, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may decline or cancel an order – and will refund any payment taken – including where a product is unavailable, there has been a pricing error, we are unable to verify your age, or we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.
5. Payment
We accept payment through Stripe, including credit/debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is authorised at the time you place your order. We do not store your full card details. Wholesale and trade orders may be subject to separate invoicing arrangements.
6. Shipping and delivery
We deliver across Australia and New Zealand. As a guide, Standard shipping typically arrives within 7 days and Express shipping within 5 days. Dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. For orders containing alcohol, a person aged 18 or over must be present to receive the delivery and may be required to show photo identification; alcohol will not be left unattended and will not be handed to a person who is, or appears to be, under 18 or intoxicated. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
7. Responsible service of alcohol
US2AU supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol. We will not supply alcohol to minors or to intoxicated persons. Please enjoy our products responsibly.
8. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If your order arrives damaged or is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible (and within 7 days of delivery for items damaged in transit) with your order number and photos, and we will make it right. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on alcohol, food or opened cosmetic products, except where required by law.
9. Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually amend an order before it has been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once dispatch has begun.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including logos, text, images and design, is owned by or licensed to US2AU and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission. Product brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Acceptable use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to those rights, our liability for any product is limited, at our option, to replacing the product or refunding its price, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
13. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above.
